What solutions are available in Vendasta’s Marketplace?
Founded in 2008, was formed after seven previous executives resigned from their previous business. All jobless, the group began brainstorming ideas for their future house services business, MyFrontSteps, and its sister application, StepRep.
It later on became clear that the credibility management platform might serve little- to medium-companies in spaces outside of the house services industry. From there, the group ventured out and created a new white-label reputation platform that enabled business to sell these items to regional services they already had relationships with. Thus, the end-to-end commerce business was born. And in 2021, it is still going strong.
So you’re considering taking a membership for?
This translation problem is a huge one for anyone using with a non-native English market. Think of German agency owners, French company owners, Dutch company owners, Spanish firm owners and so on. You should all hesitate before thinking about offering your services through.
As good as the platform might be for native English markets (there are also lots of Americans and Canadians very positive about ), dealing with it and revealing the world your translated control panel with integrated spelling errors may injure your credibility as European agency owner, as you run the platform white identified in your own name and with your own logo.
By using the white label marketing platform with these language problems, your customers might not take your business serious
Once again, you wouldn’t be taken seriously with a control panel that looks like what you see in the screenshot further listed below. The spelling mistakes and mixed-in English words make the dashboard look whatever but legit.
Customer’s suspicion will just raise by seeing this dashboard.

That specific button is not translateable with the integrated translation editor (which may look like a detail, however isn’t). Other areas are customizeable (like the main description field) but the CTA button text will always stay ‘GET IT NOW’.
If you would check out a CTA button with the tekst: “COMMANDEZ” or “BESTEL NU”– would you be conviced to click it?
These example CTA’s are written in French and Dutch and might not be a language you speak. But as Agency serving local organizations in France, Germany, Belgium or the Netherlands, not all of our Customers are fluent in English. For some of them, this ‘GET IT NOW’ button could be a dealbreaker.
To users without English understanding, the ‘GET IT NOW’ button provides the exact same amount of click trust as ‘COMMANDEZ’ or ‘BESTEL NU’ gives native English speakers enough confidence to click it and trust the source.
Hold on … First read my comprehensive Review before proceeding in paying countless dollars.
This article will totally describe my experience with and why I do not suggest to you as Marketing Agency Owner, if you’re serious about your business.
I wrote this post after a truly bad experience with and I am now attempting to prevent other marketing agency owners from making the exact same mistakes I did during my profession as company owner.
One of those errors was taking a Premium Business membership to, the business with the tagline: “The platform empowers firms with the resources and tools they need to become a cloud-based, full-stack service provider of digital marketing solutions for local organizations.”
Generally promises firm owners that they will be empowered with an excellent set of new digital marketing tools and options to serve their clients. I think that word ’em powered’ is maybe suitable for some agency owners, but definitely not for all of them.
Let’s dive in.
Reason 1:’s Poor Translations looks very Unprofessional (for non-English regional companies).
Agency Owners need to be able to serve their target consumers in their own language. I think everyone agrees that you need to constantly offer services and products to your clients in their own language. This feels most natural to them and increases your opportunities of landing that client.
To start this Evaluation with a very first drawback: this is one of the biggest ones. The translations on the platform are improperly done. The Dutch translation we get is full with spelling mistakes and has numerous English words still blended into it. Customer Journey Vendasta
If you do not have a Dutch platform, fine. But if you put translations online, why do not you perfect it initially before launching,?
